Sales pages and letters. During this workshop, we will discover the secret structure behind persuasive sales copy and show you how to turn a regular ad into a direct-response ad that brings in leads.


September 27, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

In-house websites. In this workshop, we will talk about the different ways you can set up a website for your business and maintain it in-house. During the class we will walk you through the easiest ways to make a do-it-yourself website, cover the basics of what should be in the website and what pages to include and provide you with resources that will help you in the future.


October 11, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Attract ideal customers. Many business owners waste time and money trying to get the word out to anyone and everyone, only to get poor results. Don’t be like that! Because the truth is, most people will NEVER be your customer. And that’s OK. In this workshop, we will zero in on your best possible customer. The person who needs and wants what you sell is willing to pay your full price and will go out and tell their friends about you. Once you know who your ideal customer is, you can craft a message that will resonate and choose the best media to advertise.

October 25, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Sell more to existing customers. Getting new customers is difficult and expensive. That’s why one of the easiest ways to grow your business quickly is to sell more to the customers you already have. In this workshop, I’ll show you how to create follow up systems that help you sell more, upsell, cross-sell, and get referrals.

Stand out from the crowd. How do you differentiate your business when you have competitors offering similar or identical services? In this workshop, we will show you ways to stand out so your customers choose you.


November 22, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Email newsletters. It’s a lot easier to sell something to an existing customer than it is to get a new customer. That’s why email newsletters are so valuable. They give you a cost-effective way to send news and offers to the people who are most likely to respond.

Foundations for a solid online presence. When people search for your business, what do they find? In this workshop, we will set you up so your business and website will be found on Google, YouTube, and other social media channels .


December 20, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Get news coverage for your business. Getting articles published online and in printed newspapers is one of the best ways to generate interest, sales, and leads. In this class, you’ll learn the right way to go about getting press. Plus, you’ll receive five free article templates that you can use right away.


January 10, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Marketing budgets. How much should you spend? Where is the best place to spend your advertising dollars? How do you know if you’ve gotten a good deal? What can I do for free? During this workshop you will learn how to create a marketing budget that makes sense for your business.


January 24, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Are your ads are working? You’ve just spent your hard-earned money on an advertisement. How do you know if it worked? In this workshop, we will calculate the value of a customer over time. You will gain perspective on how much you should invest in acquiring a customer. You’ll learn how to measure the results of your ads and find ways to get a better return on your investment.

Video marketing. Learn how to use videos to sell your products and services, drive traffic to your site, and get more exposure for your business.


February 21, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Relationship marketing. Chances are, your close friends and family already know someone who would be a perfect client for you. But how do you get your friends and family to spread the word about your business? In this class you’ll learn easy and inexpensive ways to tap into your existing network to get more business.
