    This membership gives you 24/7 access to space and a designated desk, with unlimited use of conference room and phone booth and storage options upon request.

  • The Groves $150/month

    This membership gives you 24/7 access to space with unlimited use of conference room and phone booth and storage options upon request.

  • The Bethe $75/month

    This membership gives you access to the space during typical business hours (Monday-Friday 8a-5p)., with unlimited use of the conference room and the phone booths as availability allows.

  • The Teller $45/month

    This membership is exclusive to high school, college, and graduate students. It includes 24/7 access up to 10 times per month.

  • The Lawrence $20/month

    This membership allows you to use projectY cowork as your Los Alamos business address and to receive mail at our location (mail forwarding not included). You may pick up your mail Mon-Fri 8a-5p.

  • The Bacher (Virtual Office)

    This membership allows you to use projectY as your business address and have mail (excluding packages) forwarded to you anywhere in the world. Prices vary by frequency of forwarding and do not include postage costs. Digital scanning available.

Day Passes & Punch Passes

Only in town every once in a while or just passing through? We offer day passes for $20 that gives you the member experience for the day, including free snacks, coffee, and use of the phone booth, or get a punch pass for 10 visits for $100! No hidden fees, no commitment, no hassle. Buy online or in-person.

Virtual Office Services

All virtual offices include using a personal mail suite at our location as your business address. Please note that we cannot accept packages.

Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly forwarding available to anywhere in the world.

Mail Scanning & Notification

Either the envelope or its contents may be scanned and emailed to you as a pdf. Price varies on frequency and client needs.

Process of Service Documents

Legal documents (outside of standard mail) may be accepted by our team and forwarded on to you immediately. As the liability is increased for our facility, this service is by approval only, depending on availability.
