Conference Room

  • Meet with clients, collaborated with your team, or give a presentation in our professional conference room.

    Max Capacity: 10 people at main table

  • Members have free use of the conference room! Reservations are still highly encouraged.

    Non-Members: $15/hr or $100/day (8 am-5pm)

Event Space

  • Host your party, meeting, or event at projectY! With a flexible furniture arrangement, our space can be adapted to fit your needs. We have fast & secure wifi (free with reservations), air-conditioning, and free coffee!

    Serving alcohol is allowed, but please consult Alice on permit requirements and options.

    Use of the phone booths is included in event space rental at no additional cost.

  • Mobile Tables large enough to accommodate 30+ people. Additional tables and seating available upon request.

    Extra Large TV with HDMI hookup and converters, powerful sound system, and presentation remote. 3D compatible (2 pairs of glasses available).

The Business Library

Open to members and visitors alike, we have started a library dedicated to the theory and practice of business.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are issued to cancellations that occur more than 24 hours prior to the start of the booking. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start of the booking will include a 50% cancellation fee. No-call no-shows and cancellations after the start time are billed at 100% of the booking cost, since the reservation takes the resource away from other users.
